At Color Wow, we want you to love your hair results, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and meet our return eligibility criteria to receive a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
